How does Easy Broker specifically help bachelors?
Easy Broker specializes in finding rental properties that welcome bachelor tenants. We pre-screen all properties to ensure they're bachelor-friendly, saving you time and rejection frustration.
Is there a fee for your service?
Our basic search service is completely free. We charge a 50% service fee only when you finalize a property through our platform, which covers all paperwork and agreement preparation.
How recent are your property listings?
We update our listings daily. All properties come with time-stamped video tours to ensure what you see is current and accurate.
What areas do you currently cover?
We currently cover all major neighborhoods in Kochi and surrounding areas. We're expanding rapidly to other cities in Kerala.
